Can I generate a date from any range?
Yes. Choose a start date and end date, and the generator picks dates from that inclusive range.
Can I generate dates from the next 30 days?
Yes. Use the preset for 30 days or enter your own start and end dates.
Can I exclude weekends?
Yes. Choose a weekday preset or select custom weekdays so weekends are excluded from the eligible dates.
Can the generated dates be unique?
Yes. Keep unique dates enabled when each result should appear only once. If the count is larger than the eligible date pool, the tool shows an error.
Which date formats are supported?
The tool supports common formats such as ISO, US-style dates, long dates, and compact dates for spreadsheet or test-data workflows.
Does it handle leap years?
Yes. Leap day is treated as a valid calendar date when it exists inside the selected range.
Are the dates truly random?
The tool uses browser pseudo-randomness. It is suitable for sample data and planning ideas, but not for cryptographic or regulated random selection.
Are my generated dates saved?
No. The date generation runs locally in your browser, and raw generated dates are not sent to analytics.
